EasyFix Service Fees
EasyFix has a standard visiting charge of 350 MVR.
This charge covers the technician’s visit to your location, inspection of the issue, basic diagnosis, and professional advice. In many cases, if the work is small and can be completed during the visit without extra materials or major labour, our technician may complete it within the visiting charge itself.
Examples may include small adjustments, minor checks, simple fixes, or basic troubleshooting.
What Happens If the Work Is Bigger?
Sometimes, the issue may require more time, extra labour, special tools, replacement parts, or additional materials. In such cases, our technician will inspect the problem first and EasyFix will prepare a quotation for the required work.
We will only proceed after the customer approves the quotation.
Once the quotation is approved, the customer may be required to transfer the agreed amount before the work begins. This helps us arrange materials, assign the technician, and confirm the job properly.
Refund Policy
We believe in being fair with our customers.
If a customer has paid an additional amount for repair work and EasyFix is unable to complete the job, the extra amount paid for that work may be refunded.
However, the 350 MVR visiting charge is non-refundable once our technician has visited the location, because the visit, inspection, diagnosis, travel time, and technician’s time have already been provided.
If materials or parts were purchased specially for the customer’s job, the refund amount may depend on whether those items can be returned or reused.
